The Silencing of Harvard’s Professors

Charles Fried and Robert H. Mnookin are both professors at Harvard Law School. In this op-ed in The Chronicle of Higher Education they note changes at Harvard:  increased centralization of decision making, increase in administrative positions, diminished input from faculty, use of individual faculty as “input” or “voice” rather than using the shared governance systems, a dramatic increase in health care costs to faculty.   Read more about it here.
